Editorial enquiries are welcome from training providers, administrators and learner-support teams who work with course information and incoming enquiries every day. Useful suggestions include pointing out an enquiry-handling practice that no longer reflects how smaller providers actually operate, highlighting a recurring learner question that deserves fuller coverage, or proposing a topic the site has not yet addressed.
Corrections
Accuracy matters, especially where published guidance may affect how learners are informed or how staff respond to course enquiries. If you believe something is incorrect, unclear or out of date, send the page title or link, explain the issue as precisely as possible, and, where relevant, note what has changed in current training-provider practice.
Our Editorial Process
Content is developed around real communication pressures faced by small training providers, particularly where course details, learner questions and internal handovers can easily become muddled. The aim is workable guidance that reflects how course-enquiry communication is actually handled in small teams.
We aim to respond to editorial enquiries within three working days. This site is not a contact route for any individual college, academy or training provider. Provider-specific learner matters should always be sent directly to the relevant organisation.
